Merchant User Roles

The LetKnow Pay merchant account is the master account of record for each merchant.

The master account has only one set of user access credentials. To allow access to the master account by multiple users, you must share the login credentials (username and password) as well as the 2FA QR code that is generated during the setup. You may take a screenshot of the 2FA QR code during the set up to share with authorized personnel. The 2FA is the only differentiating access parameter that proves that the person(s) accessing the account are authorized to do so--so protect it appropriately.

You can associated multiple sub-accounts with your master account.

There are three main sub account roles that can be associated with a master account:

Support Role - a user with the support role account has access to the transaction history only. The user with a support role account does not have access to see the balances or the ability to withdraw assets, to deposit assets, to modify shops or to view the API keys. A user with a support role account can only search for transactions, view the transaction history and export the excel sheet.

Accounting role - a user with the accoutning role account has all the previlages of the support user role, plus the ability to view the balances. However, the accounting role account restricts access to the balances (funds) and the possiblity to deposit or withdraw funds. It is a view-only balance.

Asset manager role - a user with the asset manager role account has all the previlages of the support user role and the accounting role, but with the additional ability to make crypto deposits.

Warning!

Do not share the login credentials with unauthorised users. Keep your login credentials safe at all times. LetKnow Pay is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of lost or stolen credentials. For more information please refer to LetKnow's terms & conditions Here
